This morning as I sipped my coffee, basking in the newness and potential of a new day, I couldn’t help but reflect on the incredible journey that had led me to this point – my very own ‘sovereign life.’ What once seemed like an impossible dream was now a gratifying reality, all thanks to my husband Mike encouraging me to try out a career in the world of real estate.
After college, I struggled to find my true calling, working successfully at corporate companies but not receiving the promotions that I deserved and worked for. I constantly searched for a sense of purpose and direction to give me more control over my destiny. It was when my then-fiancé suggested the real estate field as a rewarding career. I’d watched him become successful as a growing developer and investor and felt an instant connection to the idea. Aided by my natural curiosity and passion, I decided to plunge and dive headfirst into this exciting new opportunity with advanced degrees to boot.
As I navigated the industry’s complexities, I saw real estate’s potential for financial success and personal fulfillment.
Through diligence and dedication, I built a diverse and impressive portfolio, allowing me the independence and freedom to build a business and career to support my desire to live on my terms – especially as a wife and mother of three.
Diving into the realm of real estate not only enriched my knowledge and expertise but also presented unexpected opportunities that shaped my journey. Collaborating with seasoned professionals allowed me to gain a wealth of insights regarding diverse aspects of the industry.
These strong connections led to incredible experiences, such as being showcased as the cover girl for “The Power is Now” Media, where I had the privilege to share “The Four Ways Real Estate Helped Me Create a Life of Sovereignty.” This adventure in real estate has undoubtedly broadened my horizons and fueled my drive to learn and grow personally and professionally continuously.
